Honestly at this point it should be a law.

If you make false rape claims, you have to endure twenty years minimum in prison.
You will also have to endure everything your victim endured for your false report. If this means more jail time, then you get more jail time. If this means their house and job were taken away, so does yours.

This will continue to happen until we st the punishment for such falsehoods equal with the crime committed. If you lie and accuse a man of a sexual assault and he was facing 5 years - you get 5 years. If he was facing 20 - you get 20.
