SIMPLE EXPLANATION

When you’re using Bumble, you swipe up to scroll through someone’s pics and when you switch to Tinder, swiping up is Super Like. Very easy to confuse the app gestures.

Don't read into this. I've super liked girls by accident because I've accidentally swiped more UP than left or right. Usually happens if you're swiping quickly and do a half-ass finger motion that goes more vertical than horizontal.

They're probably telling the truth in this case.

Probably telling the truth. I've accidentally used super likes on tinder 5 or 6 times and actually super liked someone once. For some reason every so often my brain thinks "the bio is below the picture so I have to scroll down to see it" and I do that.
