I can’t speak to anything else you wrote because I don’t understand it, but as for Drake spiking condoms…lmao it was his right. He put the hot sauce in after use and threw it away, correct? Any woman who gets sauced up because she wants to try to use his sperm when he clearly doesn’t consent to it, deserves it at that point. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. However, in the case of men going without condoms and shooting women’s clubs up indiscriminately…too bad—you literally gave her your love salsa lmao 🤷🏽‍♀️

Spermjacking or stealthing should be illegal. Clearly when a guy uses a condom, it’s to prevent pregnancy. If a woman steels this sperm to impregnate herself she is clearly violating this.

Some courts have ruled that once sperm leaves a man’s body, and is set aside or discarded it’s no longer his. I think that’s flawed, but by that same ruling no child born from that sperm should be his responsibility either.

As long as spermjacking is a threat, it makes sense men may take steps to ensure their discarded sperm can’t cause pregnancy.

As a man, you have no reproductive rights at all, and no parental rights, except for those that a woman (not even necessarily one you slept with) says you must have.

For example (and Drake must have known this) once your sperm leaves your body, the courts have ruled it is not your property any more since it is not part of your body, therefore "your body your choice" doesn't apply.

This means a woman can take the condom, tissue, or whatever else and impregnate herself against your will and you cannot stop her. Stopping her is considered assault and you can be charged for that.

Once she is pregnant you can't stop her giving birth, and once there is a baby, she has 100% rights to do eith that baby as she pleases. She can give it up for adoption, leave it on the doorstep of a charity, whatever, and she faces no consequences. You only get to be named the father if SHE decides to do so.

Alternatively, she may have never met you, but name you as the father, and you have 9 months to formally object and get a DNA sample, which she doesn't have to provide. Then you're on the hook for 18 years of payments.

I don't think many people realise how bad it is for men in this area.

He bought it, that's his sperm, he can do whatever experiment he wants to do on them.
