You have no damn business worrying about some sort of equal representation above some make-believe glass ceiling until you're sharing equal representation on the dirt floor of the basement.

Vaguely but mostly unrelated anecdote that this post reminded me about:

I was having a discussion with an old college buddy a few months ago about the usage of statistics and in particular median versus mean. The discussion was not related to men's rights, however he was telling me about how he gets his freshman classes to understand when and why to use median vs. mean.

His example was to illustrate how the mean income of the campus of his college changes when one of the richest women in the world steps foot on it, but how the median income doesn't really change much at all... I enjoyed his example because he chose a woman (wish I could remember her name) as the "rich person" rather than someone like Bezos or whatnot.
