The answer seems obvious to me. She is not really asking why men are less attractive than women. If obesity statistics can be used as the index of attractiveness, women in western nations are less attractive, at least, if you can go by obesity data. What she's really asking is why men can be regarded as conventionally successful, when they are less attractive, but with women, success is strongly correlated to attractiveness.

When you put it like that, the answer is obvious. Men make a living by selling their labor, and their attractiveness is not much of a factor in how well they can sell their labor. Women make their living primarily by being supported by men who sell their labor. As a result, there is a strong correlation between their attractiveness and the level of success they can reach.

There are a couple details I could go on about. But I'd call the answer "plain as day".

Incredible how the rant is complete bullshit. Men suffer severe societal consequences for being the way she described. The difference is that men are more used to suck up the shaming they suffer. If you see successful men with poor self care, it's because those men WORKED for the success, they didn't sold their attractiveness for hand outs.

What she actually wants is to be a lazy ass, neglect self care completely becoming unattractive, and still get the same amount of hand outs an attention that women who take care of themselves get.

Adding to that, she can neglect self care if she wants to, but then she'll have to WORK and PAY for everything in her life like a man has to. And yes, there will still be shaming, just like there is for men.

I don't know where this person has been hanging out, but I see grey, wrinkly women with big guts and crusty feet and overgrown toenails everywhere I go. Seems like those are the only ones who wear sandals! A while back I was trying to eat in a restaurant and a woman walked in with big flaps of dead skin hanging off her nasty feet.
