I have been talking about this for months.

I’ve even worked it out with legal timelines.

18 weeks from fertilization. Takes two to make it so both should decide what part they will play moving forward as Separate Entities.

Once they pass the 18 week point, just as she must carry to term he is also no longer able to financially opt out (abort) his financial obligations.

Pretty great video!! Two notes:

Mens contraceptive pills are possible, but apparently medical standards are higher than they were when the womans pill was approved so it was shut down. I say Fu ck that, men need pills NOW.
Both parties need to agree to have birth or abortion. If mother wants abortion and father doesnt, he can pay her a surrogacy fee and she is free of all obligations after birth. If father wants abortion and mother doesnt, he is free of all obligations after birth.

This has been asked and answered a thousand times.

The state can't tell a woman that she can't have a baby. They also can't refuse to support her if she does have a baby. So their only option is to get that money back from the father.

The government is NOT going to foot the bill for babies that men don't want to pay for. It's that simple.
