I recently turned 30 and after years of being a Beta (wrt woman) I have decided to go full on Red Pill as I need to get what I want in life.

I have been going back and forth on Redpill game for the past three years always returning to my nice guy ways since, in an effort to appear Alpha, I become a moody bullish type which is not my personality (creative type, engineer, ex-christian).

This results in frustration and decreased motivation to pursue what I want. Not the life I want. So 2018 is RedPill hard mode year.

Don't get me wrong I'm not a loser; I earn well, work hard, take care of myself, dress well, work out, yoga, meditate etc but I am still not fulfilled as I feel weak. Typical nice guy shit, so I have always struggled with relationships.

I need advice on how to deal with a female coworker (24F) who is showing sexual interest in me. If she was single it would be simple. However she is in an LTR with a guy at work (middle manager 32M) and they live together in a house they purchased.

What complicates it is that I'm lusting for her especially since I'm in a new city and find myself INCEL due to my nice guy tendencies.

She always dresses well, cute, petite body,has a nice ass, friendly personality etc. I would say HB 7/7.5. She seems like the relationship type of girl. However its not adding up as a committed woman would be committed i.e. no hypergamous behaviour at least if she was happy.

Dont want to fuck up my work situation but I also want to fuck her.

What do I do? Please advise

• Recently joined a management consulting training program in my company (billion dollar corporate)

• It’s an internal management consulting unit which works on high profile projects and provides support to Executives and CEO.

• At the end of the training program I will be assessed as to whether I get promoted into the dept or go back to my old job

Complication:

• Possible Strong sexual interest (nicknames, compliments, hugs, teases me) from a senior consultant (24F, HB7/7.5) OR just attention seeking

• She is in a LTR with a Middle manager in another dept (32M) and lives with him in a house they bought

• Seems like the relationship type but displaying hypergamous behaviour with me

• I am lusting for her especially since I am in a new city and find myself INCEL

• I am a recovering Nice guy

Resolution:

No fuckin clue, but possible options below

• Flirt back, hook up with her and keep it on the DL Reason not to: No time for bad karma and if she can do it to her current guy she will do it to me

• Act stupid and oblivious to her teasing/flirting (I am currently doing this due to work situation)

• Call her out on her advances and LJBF her

• Even more complex is that I have been in this type of situation in the past (not work setting though) and I did the "right" thing by not hooking up with another guys chick and I still got bad karma. It was like universe was punishing me for not taking my turn. Go fuckin figure. Hence my confusion.
