So I set a temporary order hearing for custody because me and the ex have been having major issues. Obviously super long story but we got into a huge argument and she wouldn't let me see my son today on a day I was gonna take him to the baseball game. I'll have him tomorrow but I was so mad I contacted my lawyer. Rn it's been 50/50 between us but I'm afraid after the hearing the judge will take time from me and give it to her. Mind you were not divorced and she lives with her mom and the new bf lives there too. They all co sleep in one room. My son doesn't have a room there. I have my own place an he has a nice room and everything is put together here. What's in store to happen? Will I get screwed? Worried about the outcomes. We were civil then the new bf started sneaking over there and she started working with me less and less... she also has a drinking problem... any advice or help would be greatly appreciated
