Divorced twice. Second one essentially same story as yours. Confronted her and she lied about it. I dpent a year trying to reconcile with her ... she did nothing but plan her exit strategy.

Not sure where you are or if kids are involved. In the US, very few states still have fault divorce. In all likelihood all you can do is try to protect your assets by talking to a lawyer immediately.

My ex wife did something similar after 12 years together. Just take all your evidence and save it and also keep backups. Divorce her, don't let her guilt trip you into trying to "work things out". People like that will lie and manipulate to get their own way and the cheating won't stop.

Also report her to her workplace with the evidence as what she's doing is conflict of interest and as you said she's not supposed to be doing it. Get her ass fired. Laugh and walk away from her knowing that she's the one that destroyed her own life.

Alot of people here are jumping straight onto the divorce train its a bit extreme of a response.

Look I agree that you should collect evidence. But I can't say you should just jump straight to divorce - especially when the only context I have is one paragraph.

Collect evidence for a while, then approach her and try working on the issue with your partner. if you can resolve it, great the better for both of you. Marriage won't be perfect. If you can't and its divorce time, you have your evidence before she has a chance to hide it away.
