hey reddit,ill try to make this story short i am a malei had a female friend (at the time she was 20,i was 21) over at my house studying. ,after a while we stopped and switch over to drinking.while talking about w/e at a point i started falling asleep,she was spending the night there in my bed while i was sleeping on the couch (as tradition no guest of mine slept at the couch i was always giving up my bed)

Between being tired, being late and the alcohol i started falling asleep. In an attempt to keep me awake she switched couches and came to the one i was sitting and started tickling me. After a while of me being extremely uncomfortable and pretty much hagging my legs in an attempt to block access, i stood up went to the bedroom (change clothes,grab clothes w/e it was just an excuse to not be lying down) she followed me and after pushing me to the bed she jumps on top of me continuing the tickling i was somewhere between trying to get her off and not be seen as rude.

After the initial shock of her following me to my bedroom, getting on top of me in bed, I got her off me and went back to the couch barricading myself with some pillows and bedsheets.was it sexual harassment? should i have to verbally say no, for unsolicited touching to stop?( i know that legally it depends to where you live,but i am not asking for legal advice. )

why would anyone think that would be acceptable for a woman to do to a man,but if our roles were reversed realistically i could be facing attempted rape charges
