This is not a discussion to hate on women for having preferences. We all are allowed to have preferences.

First of all, a lot of men can just stroll the street of their city and see at least 50 % of women physically attractive.

For women it is like 1 in 1000.

Dating apps exacerbates this. vast majority of women swipe left on men's profile disproportionately more than right and men swipe pretty much on everyone (mainly due to odds)

Even if she is able to find this man that meets her preference physically (whether it's height, look, physique, etc), he needs to meet her age bracket, they need to have chemistry, shared interest, good conversation, get along with friends/family, isn't a creep, genuine, etc

For men, we vary in term of what we find attractive in a women. Normally most women across all races we find attractive and can see being in a long term relationship. So men start from more options.

The other things like age, chemistry, shared interest, good conversation will narrow down the type of women men end up settling with but there might be 1-2 at the end of it. For women it is usually 0
