Have you heard of “Are we dating the same guy” insert city name?

Have you guys heard of “are we dating the same guy” groups on Facebook? I’m 25m from Australia and we’ve seen groups like this pop up allegedly “exposing” men on dating apps when in reality it’s a group chat for women to play judge jury and executioner to mens lives

Last night I was shown one of these groups by my friend 24f and immediately I felt sick and disturbed by the content

In my town there’s currently 7 thousand members and upon seeing these groups last night I was shocked and appalled by the disgusting sexist and defamatory comments made

Lines including “he’s a diabetic you’re gonna have to look after this guy if” I’m a type 1 diabetic same as that guy posted about and can tell you after 21 years nobody looks after my diabetes but me

Another said “he couldn’t finish” referring to an actual friend of mine who’s a sa survivor the comments that followed were “not a man” “useless” “lmao pathetic” I find this beyond heartless and pathetic at the lack of sympathy and double standards

Imagine seeing yourself on there with a photo of your social media accounts and dating profiles with hundreds of Comments of “he’s a broken sa victim” “ptsd not worth the time” “short” “ugly” “boring” “too shy” “weird” “autistic” “no confidence” “no muscles” “too nice” “poor” “fat” “ugly house” “shit car” “better as a friend” “doesn’t make enough” followed by false claims of abuse and claims of working with or going to school with said men on blast the list doesn’t stop of what a so called “red flag” is these Facebook groups are beyond a double standard locker room talk is frowned upon by women yet they’ve created groups doing much worst if men had these groups we’d be called sexist pigs and it would be on the news so quickly

I propose we as a community we take back our narrative and take back control and comment these groups underneath and mass report these groups under bullying and harassment and get them taken down

I never do these things but I genuinely believe this will result in the loss of life either from a man who can’t take the public heat or a women who falsely accuses and someone snaps nothing good can come of this sadly

(I am up to suggestions on how to stop this I’ve spoken to 2 mens groups/shelter this morning was told to get over it and spoke to mens rights Australia who were amazing to speak to they were completely unaware of this this and were shocked and disgusted upon googling this and were going to bring this into a meeting)
