Can't be that bad if she is still able to decide that she'd rather "stand" it, than tell you what it is. Women like drama, they like to start drama, and they like to start drama in order to make you fight for them. Unless she isn't trying to get away from him and he is getting physical to stop her, I wouldn't do shit. Can't be that bad.

Tbh this would be a difficult decision but what I would do is get off the bus at the next stop and wait for the next one. But I think the guy with a stronger frame than me would say, thanks for reading our palms we would like to keep to ourselves now or some shit like that.

Can't have been a huge problem if she wasn't willing to move or make a scene.

If a girl wants a guy to do something or stop doing something, she knows fully well she can use social power to do it. One shout and he'll get jumped.

At least, that's common across the 1st world. Dunno where this was occurring.

Similar thing happened with an hb9 I ltrd

We were on train, some dude in his 40s is looking at his phone which is kind of aimed at the girl and I hear a click as in he took a picture of her tits and forgot it wasn't silent

I didn't know what to do but in the moment I just blurted out "did you just take a picture of her tits? You mother fucker"

He started denying and apologizing. I looked at her and said "let's get out of here fuck this guy" and we got off next stop.

She seemed happy with my response, I honestly thought she would've wanted me to fuck him up or take his phone. But she seemed to think my response was good enough.

I guess my vocal outburst and his denying and apologizing was enough dominance assertion to satisfy her alpha needs. It could've been more dangerous if he was legit psycho.

Weird spot.

I guess you should've asked him what he was saying in some playful but assertive tone to gauge his reaction.

First, you meet weird people on the bus. Do not engage in conversation with them other than polite stuff. In E. Europe, you don't have to engage them at all. Dunno where you were. Do NOT let them do dumb stuff like read your palm.

Second, what you should have done in this situation is engage your girl in conversation, thereby freezing out the weirdo. Done and dusted.

I've been in similar situations with my wife. She's hot and gets attention all the time. She's an adult. I let her handle things... until she can't or she asks for help. She's good at shutting people down but she knows that guys can turn violent in an instant when they get rejected. Your girlfriend didn't tell you exactly what he was saying because she was disgusted and didn't want to repeat it. She was trying to signal you in a socially acceptable way that she needed help.

Once it becomes clear that friend (GF, friend, family member) is in trouble you think they can't handle (car coming she doesn't see, someone sneaking up behind your buddy with bottle) or he or she explicitly asks for help, it's go time for you run active defense. It's really important to use the proper amount of force in a situation so in this case, my recommendation would be for you to

1) Be assertive and use your words. "Hey! That's will be enough of that. That kind of talk is disrespectful and I won't stand for it".

2) In addition, his touching her was intruding on her personal space. I would have either changed places with her, got myself in between him and her or done something so that it was clear that he would not be able to continue to touch her. I would have considered getting off the bus if that looked like the best way. Also would have threaten calling the police if he continued.
