And you're asking for something impossible. Where in any court records anywhere on the planet will a judge state, "I wouldn't have made this decision if the victim was a girl."

We can infer data from results, like lower standard sentencing for women in general, family court bias for mothers, false accusations, etc.

A three second Google search gave me a result showing a mother getting no sentence for murdering her son (4th result), switching words to daughter does not provide anything as easily accessible.

Find a legal expert who can access more than Google, and they could spend time giving you a full dissertation on the statistics between filicide charges. Until then, a mother has been given the right to avoid jail for killing their male child, whatever controversial reasoning you or they want to defend them with be damned.

I am not hating on you, in any way. So take that thin skin out of the sun before you give your inner organs a sunburn....

Unless ofcourse, this is an alt profile commenting on your own post?

My problem is: this is a sub for mens rights. A place (as far as i understand it) to vent over ones own injust experiences, to point out current equality, to help eachother grow and adapt, and to share relevant news. For instance, news over the growing AWDTSG groups, is HIGHLY relevant as it has turned quickly into a group for doxing and harrassment, a nesting ground for false accusations.

The post above and the other op made, is horrible. Violence and murder isnt ok, no matter the gender of the accused or the victims. BUT If its still the beginning of a case, no official statement, and the law is being followed without apperant gender bias... then it doesnt belong here.

To contrast, if we had a group for equality, egalitarianism. And it was people posting news articles about murder cases cross gender. Would it HELP anyone? Because to me, it only help to villify the opposite side.

I don’t think you’re understanding the situation fully.

The family courts, for some inexplicable reason, behave as if no woman anywhere at anytime or in any place can possibly do anything wrong to children. Even a single case like this proves that position wrong.

The reverse example you give is not the same because it expects all fathers to tarred with same brush because of the bad actions of a few. We aren’t expecting all mothers to be treated that way. All we ask is that the courts stop automatically favouring women.

Things should be looked at on a case by case basis. The assumption that women are always innocent has to be stopped.

The same is also true in criminal courts. Women are handled with more leniency than men. I’m from the uk and here the ministry of justice themselves stated that a female offender is 88% less likely to receive a custodial sentence than a male offender when all other factors are equal.

We have a judge who literally told a woman who was a persistant offender ‘if you were a man you’d be sent to prison’ complaints were made about that and it was deemed that the judges behaviour was acceptable.

The ministry of justice released sentencing guidelines which instructed judges to avoid sending women to prison.

In cases of abuse, it’s generally assumed that men are abusers and women are victims. Which means that male victims are rarely believed and almost never get justice or any kind of support.

When you consider all of that it’s fairly obvious why highlighting women’s ability to be evil, not only, relates to men’s rights but is entirely necessary.

If thats truly how this sub operates, by just mindlessly and aimlessly posting links and reaching to change public opinion, then i have no interest in being here.

There are many ways to attack bias in the courtsystem. By just posting whatever, and then using some halfway argument to justify it, all that this sub does to the outsiders will be to look like a sexist group full of angry men. And we arent.

And if i read this case right, it wasnt at trial. No sentence yet. Ergo we have yet to actually see an unjust sentence based in bias. And some halfwit commented a suggestion on this only being seen because one of the murdered was a girl, being upvoted.

So this truly doesnt help anyone, nor does it change anything, and at best is just an angry guy who post whatever he can find where the accused is a woman. And if THATS the kind of movement the mens rights movement wishes to be, then you are destined to be seen as a radical shitshow.
