I always wondered why girls seemed better to maintain and cultivate their hobbies. I realized it's because they do not have to worry or even think about getting dates/relationships.

This saves women a lot of time and energy to indulge in personal hobbies (art, music, etc)

I see so many women indulging in many different hobbies but the only hobby I see men do is mainly the gym.

I think reason men have less hobbies or none at all is because they need to think about attracting women. So they devote a lot of time energy trying to looksmax and build those skill. Resulting in very less time for other things aside from work, gym and sleep.
