You're ignoring all those male politicians responsible for writing the law (including No-Fault Divorce, which existed back in Roman times and was brought into America first by Governor Ronald Reagan) and all those male judges writing the case law.

Keep in mind that in almost every election, one vote means absolutely nothing, and in a party-politics situation people have to choose between multi-issue packages of policies rather than directly vote on specific policies.

If by "cuck" you mean "engage in paternity fraud" I don't think there's any right to commit such an act, it is widely considered despicable, and whilst I agree we need legal reform to combat it properly the idea that there's a "right" to engage in paternity fraud is ridiculous (except maybe in France, where paternity testing is banned).

That's just not true. Women were pressured into marrying when surviving by yourself was barely possible for an average person. It doesn't have anything to do with women's rights. If anything, when women had less rights it was harder for low status men, because not only the woman had to agree to marry you, you had to get her parents' blessing as well.
