I had my ex gf drunkenly beat me while accusing me of cheating. I didn't and never have. I was punched in the jaw, slapped, scratched...she screamed in my face so hard her eyes were bloodshot. During all of this, I had little to no options. All I could do is try to get away. I thought about calling the police but even then I figured I'd be the one to go to jail.

The whole thing really damaged me.

When she sobered up we talked, she apologized, and we tried to make it work. Even after all of that I got little to no support from her. She broke up with me and left me with this damage.

I reached out to a domestic abuse hotline asking for help, and they essentially implied I was delusional and told me I should get evaluated by a mental health professional.

I reached out again, telling the exact same story, but identified myself as a woman instead of a man, and they were incredibly empathetic and offered information on tons of different resources. I have screenshots. Nobody cares about men.

AT&T records will show 6 missed calls from her to me on 12/5/22, and no less than 50 attempts at communication between the two of them, the majority being from her to me, culminating in the phone calls posted in pt 2 of the podcast.

12/14/22 also featured a lot of traffic, with no less than 7 missed calls from her to me and around 40 total attempts at communication; again, the vast majority of those calls from her to me.

12/18/22 had 3 missed calls from her to me.

12/28/22 had 13 missed calls from her to me.

12/29/22 had 26 total attempts, with 3 missed calls from her to me.

12/5/22 the Signal app on me phone shows 4 missed calls and 2 incoming calls from her

12/6/22 the Signal app on my phone shows 4 missed calls and 13 incoming calls from her.

12/14/22 the Signal app on my phone shows 3 missed calls from her.

12/17/22 the Signal app on my phone shows a missed video call from her.

Then, the calls stopped mysteriously through Jan, and that’s when I found out she sent that bullshit email to the prosecutor, and that was it. I stopped protecting her. That was the final breach. I forwarded the email chain that shows I agreed for her to MAIL me the letter through snail mail. I NEVER agreed for it to be sent to the prosecutor. She’s lying (seems to be a theme)

2/11/22 is when everything kind of…exploded. She has abused me for 2 and a half years, but in that abuse I learned a lot about her, and I learned that she lies so much she can’t possibly remember them all. And one lie was a big one.

I took a screenshot from her casenet that shows her to have been engaged in several ex partes, both served on her and having them served (seems to be a way of life for her) as well as her recent charges for stealing and for speeding 20-25 mph over the posted speed limit. All I did was screenshot a public website and post the screenshots on my facebook page. And even though she has done nothing but spread lies and increase distortion amongst my friends and family, steady posting lies about me for 2 ½ years straight, somehow, me posting unaltered screenshots of her casenet was enough to send her careening over the edge. On 02/11/23 I received a litany of texts/snaps/calls/signal messages telling me to “take it down” repeatedly, harassing me to the point where I blocked here on everything.

She had set up a fake email address and pretended to be her boss at Cedar Ridge, "T.B.", giving herself a glowing recommendation for her new job in Peculiar MO. She also pretended to be me and sent an email from my email address and gave herself a recommendation that is full of discrepancies.

So I alerted Cedar Ridge and TB the following Monday that she had done those things, and she was fired from her job because…just like everything else I’ve typed out in this document, it was the God’s honest provable truth.

I did it to clear my name. I told her, straight up, tell the truth. She asked if I was “threatening” her.

It was no threat. It was a promise.

The only threat were the consequences and repercussions of her own actions. And the more she doubled-down on her lies, when I received notice of a $10,000 bond on a misdemeanor probation violation, let’s just say I’ve had quite enough of her manipulating the court system to suit her agenda. And honestly, pretty tired of the court being so obviously inept in all of this. It’s like the prosecutor (Nick Komroski) and the judge (Tracy Gonzalez) didn’t even look at the evidence before filing charges. If they’re that overwhelmed, they need help. If they’re that inept, they need different jobs.

And since she got fired, she’s had nothing else to do but harass me online, have her friends harass me, harass my friends, have her friends harass my friends…

I’m never going to get any money from her, I’m never getting my stuff back. Can’t I at least get some protection, and all this crap off my casenet, and go on with my life without all these crazy people “doxxing” and trying to cancel-culture me when I didn't actually commit a crime? I’m definitely no saint…but I am no abuser.

On March 30, the SWAT team arrived at my house and arrested me.

I spent 2 weeks in jail with no bond. She's bankrupted me, without remorse, and has attempted to ruin my life...and is doing a BANG UP job.

If a guy had done all this to a girl? He'd be in fucking PRISON.

THE FACTS :

On July 21 2021, AD and I got in an argument, she instructed her son to leave the house. He went to the neighbor’s, she attacked me, punching me, kicking me, and scratching my face. I called 911, and the dispatcher advised me to leave the scene.

The responding officer called me and asked if I wanted to press charges, and I advised him that I just wanted to go to bed and be left alone. He advised he would consider us “mutual combatants” and cleared the call without filing an incident report.

When I returned to the house, the fat neighbor called the police, and they cleared the call within 15 min of arrival without making contact, again without filing an incident report.

The reason why they didn’t file a report is because…I never touched her, and they had not seen me or the giant scratch on my face from Allison’s attack.

On July 22 2021, she ninja-dosed me with LSD, an extremely powerful psychedelic/hypnotic drug (a “ninja-dose” is when someone gives someone doses without their knowledge) and began convincing me of how sorry she was and how she wanted to “make up” with me, and she led me into a scene of consensual/non-consent and rape play that included bondage, knives, choking, and even her being wrapped up in a blanket, thrown down the stairs and “raped.” I still have nightmares.

We were up all night doing drugs and having torrid, violent sex, and then she went to school where she taught at Cedar Ridge Elementary. At approx 1:30pm, she called me and said she had some important stuff to do but that I needed to be ready to take Zyonn and leave the house as soon as she got home, which seemed odd. She was extremely agitated when she arrived home, but fixed me a drink and it wasn’t long before 2 CPD officers walked right into the front door of my home and arrested me for domestic assault and for possession of my own prescription…but it was in an unmarked container that she had stashed - when I asked for my anxiety medication, she had purposely not given them my actual prescription bottle, but instead a bottle of MY Xanax that SHE had been pilfering from me. So, even though SHE had MY prescription, the police took it away and charged ME for possession.

As I was sitting in the police vehicle in cuffs, the LSD in the drink she had prepared me upon arriving home kicked in. and I had nowhere to go when I bonded out…so I went home. And she immediately went into this “you’re my Tommy Lee, I won’t let them tear us apart” melodrama, “us against the world” thing that was probably pretty believable to someone who had been up for 2 days on God-knows-how-much LSD.

I understand that I got a decent deal with the 2 years SIS and Peace Disturbance…but that’s a really good deal for someone who did something questionable…it was a compromise on my part, to try and keep peace and hope that she would leave me alone. And I told my attorney right then, I didn’t want the deal, I almost want to go to trial. Told him that a year ago in February we would be back in court within 12 months because there was no way she was going to leave me alone.

In early November 2022, she and I arranged for an exchange of my possessions (including my Christmas Tree and decorations) at my residence; I arranged for my neighbor to be present - her friend and daughter were also present. During Allison’s phone call to me that informed me she was close, she advised that 2 mutual friends were getting married in Columbia on November 12 and she asked if she could stay at my residence. I advised that I did not feel comfortable with that arrangement, and she became very quiet. She arrived and walked in, obviously expecting us to be alone, and was quite upset when we were not. Her demeanor changed, she dragged my stuff out and dropped it on the porch, leaving in a huff, and the minor child even remarked after my ex-wife left that “she seemed mad”. I said “she IS mad, ______.”

That night, she told me on the phone that she was going to kill herself, and I called Cass County authorities as a mandated reporter.

She retaliated by filing an exparte on me in Cass County.

On Saturday November 12th, 2022 I received a phone call from her. She advised that she was in downtown Columbia, intoxicated, afraid, and not able to find her way back to her Air BnB because her “wifi isn’t working” but that she had some of my possessions and money for me at her Air BnB where her car was if I could give her a ride back there. I picked her up and took her back to her Air BnB, I went inside and used the restroom. When I came out, she was naked and I said “no, we aren’t doing this”, and then advised her to give me my stuff so I could leave. She advised that I should just leave, so I left. This is all discussed and verified throughout 2 phone calls from when she called me on December 06th, 2022, reference the audio mp3s entered as evidence (they are in part 2 of the podcast for re:)

An hour later, now shortly after midnight on November 13 2022, she began calling me, repeatedly. I answered and she began screaming at me belligerently, and I realized that she was driving. Just as the words “your drunk ass shouldn’t be driving ANYWHERE” came out of my mouth, I heard a crash both through the phone and right outside my front door. I went outside to see a Black Lexus pulling into my driveway, leaking fluid everywhere, pieces of my neighbor’s car and this black Lexus in the street. She got out of her car, came at me in my front yard, attacked me, then got back in her car and left.

I still have the windshield wiper cleaner fluid reservoir that fell out of where the wheel well and fender were.

Monday November 14th I was served with notice of an exparte hearing that she had filed the previous week. Immediately after being served with the notice, she was notified that I had been served and called me within 45 seconds of being served. As soon as she answered, another “private number” call began coming through, so I merged the call. Evidence shows signal-2022-11-14-17-16-14-671 as being the call from her, signal-2022-11-14-17-16-14-671-1 as being the conversation with the Boone County Deputy that also recorded the call on his bodycam. She then dropped the exparte motion in Cass County.

Damn I can’t read all that I read some tho and the mental abuse far outweighs the physical. I’ve had a girl who would scare up w me like a man and leave me leaking all over. Like she legit had hands that was nothing tho compared to my next gf who tricked me into raising a kid who wasn’t mine for 9 months that shit shattered my heart into little itty bitty pieces. Losing touch with the baby was the worst part obviously but she also was someone I loved deeply and trusted and the way she portrayed herself was just a facade. I still haven’t let anyone get remotely close to my heart since kid is 6 now too.

So, update :

She broke into my house and stole a $1500 box set.

As I had my line unblocked waiting for a call back from the police...she called.

Recorded both her calls as well as interaction with local domesitc abuse shelter that repeatedly refuses to help men.
