I strongly believe that pluralism is a vitally important concept to understand and to associate more strongly with men's rights.

The present-day wide-spread attitude of feminism is that they are the ones who will identify and solve the problems on their own, and that outside perspectives must necessarily be hostile. But, I've never understood how you can achieve equality exclusively through a movement that is named after one half of a gender binary. They are solipsistic.

The landscape needs to be changed, there needs to be a change in the way we are speaking to each other - and this is where a pluralistic approach works. It's hard to imagine more cooperation and conversation given the present hostility, but that's what men need to push for.

What about masculism - not as anti-feminism but as para-feminism. Something outside of, but that sits beside and is to some degree compatible with feminism. To add a second voice, also looking for justice, but separate and within a wider circle. A voice that men can define on our own terms.

It's the only sensible solution to racial problems as well, if you ask me. Widen the circle and let everyone talk. Say - "All that I want is a seat at the table."

To get inclusion for us, we have to push for true inclusion for all. We achieve our own rights in the process of changing the system to be more fair for everyone.
