Unfortunately we don't have a good set of reference data. Sadly male sexual abuse is hardly ever reported even when there is evidence of it. It simply isn't taken as seriously unless the boy hasn't gone through puberty. Once we goes through puberty it is usually just ignored.

By way of reference suicide rates are 5 times higher in men than women while child sexual abuse prevalence is 2 to three times higher in girls than boys.

There is a significant difference between boys and girls however the rate among boys is large as well and needs attention.

it's extremely difficult to compare the two, when some groups literally include "unwanted staring" as sexual assault, and simultaneously reject any male abuse as "lucky kid".

And are you including incarcerated individuals?

Well, I guess fewer men report it due to social stigma and male ideal toxicity standards
