as a romanian: DONT. way too much effort, you can pull sober dates with the most basic cold approaches or even with a half decent tinder profile here. I’ve litterally got dates (and even some ons) with cold approaches and tinder as a 5’10 20% body fat

It doesn’t matter what city, women are always the same. You’d close the same way you’d close in New York or Shanghai. There are some cultural differences between women but there isn’t that much of a “night and day” contrast like people here like to point out.

That being said, you seem to have stuff figured out already (hotel in the downtown area, logistics..). I’d maybe add the following: 1. Use Tinder during the day (you get foreigner bonus points to your SMV) 2. Don’t flaunt your money too much to impress or you’ll just become the wallet for the night. Women are not the same in Shanghai and NYC by a country mile haha. Other than in that case, both are materialistic and ultra urban -- but cultural values and socialized attraction traits can vary dramatically. For instance intelligence is considered attractive in Shanghai - in NYC it ain't worth shit to women.

So -- Eastern Europe -- I have no experience in Hungary, only Poland and Russia and they may not be related to Hungary at all.

Typically, Eastern Europe -- an American man is considered more intriguing (where are you from?) -- vs. in France, Germany, UK where it means bupkis. .... You want a place near the nightlife, great. Go get one, have a nice balcony view of something cool. Decorate the place nicely with some cool art and sculptures, and have some nice lighting. Do decent sound system for good music too. Set up a decent little home bar and learn a few good cocktail recipes.

Then have some pics on your phone of it all. If you meet a girl things are going good with, just talk about liking living close in, show some pics. Don't tell her how cool it is, let her see it and comment, then engage those comments with responses and then an invite to come see it and you'll make her a cool cocktail.

Set up the bait but only invite 1 (2 at most) girls, forget the after party. That's just gonna end up with a parade of strangers in your home constantly, dipshits still on the couch and floor in the morning covered in puke, your fridge empty from freeloaders eating and drinking all your stuff, and a few bad actors casing the place and coming back to rob you in the future.
