67 years of age, Scottish, married 43 years to the same woman, two kids. Started life as base metal, working class. Nose badly busted, just before grammar school. This put me in the trans-uranium elements, untouchable. Oh, the rejection at school dancing classes! But, studied hard, got two degrees, worked as research chemist. Suddenly, previously hidden qualities seemed to shine in the world of women. Had become gold! Have been afforded the opportunity to piece a few things together, because, unlike working class men of previous generations, have been afforded to time and opportunity to think, contemplate and study. My old man and my grandfather were burned out in the daily task of providing for their families. Perversely, much of this time arose due to my wife's intransigence. At my place of work, a female colleague was having a stratospheric career in molecular modelling stage-managed by middle management. These vested interests wanted my projects, so that they could pretend to upper management that expensive outlay on modelling was a great idea. I was, suddenly, introduced to the world of how females do violence - by stealth, by proxy, by cultivation of males more powerful than their enemy. The wife wouldn't listen, and, unquote: 'I don't know why you're so concerned..... you're being paid anyway, aren't you?' Well, she paid a bit more attention when they tried to sack me.

I've been interested in the M/F dynamic ever since, and the daily shafting of men in plain sight.

White, 57, born in the U.S. but have lived in 17 countries. Paid my way through undergrad and grad (no financial aid available). Worked in visual design, graphic arts, UI and UX design. Married 35+ years to same woman. With 4 kids. Six figure income range.

I have seen how feminism has changed, how women have changed. And the shift to support women and push men down. Raised three boys so I'm familiar with their dating and marriage challenges. I'm here because I see the issues.
