Because raising a bunch of children out of wedlock that were purely based off lust does nothing but hurt society. We have yet to even see all the ramifications but by every metric it has only made society worse.

Because the average person with empathy knows it is no fun to be locked out of happiness and fulfillment because of being born genetically unfortunate and doesn't feel the need to question why we are suffering? Do you think every society prior to ours was haphazardly arranged, without rhyme or reason, and that all our ancestors were complete morons? No. Enforced monogamy served many purposes. It kept many societal problems at bay, including lowering rates of single motherhood and the spread of STDs. And while we're at it, it basically solved male loneliness.

What we have now is completely irresponsible and unsustainable. It's women putting their safety at risk by sleeping with random dudes in the name of feminism and pretending to feel empowered by it when they're actually debasing themselves. A woman's hoe phase is usually the loneliest period of her life. It also ruins her perception of men as well as her capacity for pair bonding. Most people have the need for affection in addition to sex. For them, promiscuity simply isn't fulfilling enough for it to become their lifestyle in the long term. This hoe phase puts your future dating life at risk since most men don't want someone with a high "body count", an OF, a child, or STDs. It's not insecurity; it's common sense.

Once a woman's looks start to fade away and she realises none of those dudes she banged will ever love her or settle for her, one of two things can happen. Either (a) she winds up getting pregnant and her life is now ruined or (b) she finds herself a ~~doormat~~ man to whom she's barely attracted and marries him so she can extract all of his resources. Note that most women don't end up having children with those "men of good genes". At most, they might cheat with one of these men while their husbands toil away at work.
