Remove gender based grants/scholarships entirely. Women should not receive extra financial aid just for being a woman. Either equally apply it or none at all.

The institutions of colleges themselves are totally infected with feminist/misandrist ideology which exclusively caters towards anyone not male. This is much harder to answer... I suspect the only realistic and truly effective path forward to implement real change will be lawsuits made against these institutions on the grounds of discrimination/unfair advantage/unequal treatment.

That's of course not ideal... because the average college student struggles to pay for the education itself, let alone legal expenses to fight these extremely wealthy colleges.

We have to fight to earn our justice and fair treatment.

Stop all sexist help to women only. As an example, no more women only scholarships.

Send all teachers to training to prevent grading girls better due to bias against boys.

And do tests in a way that prevents bias based on gender or any other factor. Like only written exams and names are hidden from people grading them.

So i used to be a c student in high school. Always felt i was behind in tryna get all the work done. I hated everything that was taught. I use none of it. Graduated two years ago. When i applied for scholarships majority of them were leaning towards the “oppressed” gender. Oh and they were like 90% of the winners for the different scholarships. 2.2 GPA so i guess my grades weren’t enough to get help for college…

all through high school it just felt like women were just better than me at Everything. Like there lives seemed SO easy. I’m talking pulling up in jeeps and convertibles with Starbucks coming in first period with car keys in their hand. Then making plans to go to chick fil a at lunch… I mean they never seemed to have issues with bullying?? I mean i’m sure there were some mean girl type shit going on but idk. It was very rare to hear a female got suspended. I mean the girls all seemed to get great grades all get accepted into a good college….you know escorted to prom…the whole nine. Of course me as an introvert i did none of that. But yea just my two cents.

The push has been to move away from test scores and towards busy work. Grades are now largely based on turning homework in and class participation. Things girls are good at. Some colleges don’t even look at SAT’s anymore, including Ivy League.

Best thing you can do for your boy is to hold him back. I think it’s kn/1st where you have the option of holding him back a grade. Do it. Gives him more time to mature so he can keep up with the girls.

Re-introduce “golden handshake” incentive for male teachers where tuition costs for teacher training can be paid for by a given institution seeking to employ the male teacher guaranteeing them employment after successful completion and training with them. Said institution also offers the male applicant the hours needed to log classroom hours.
Raise the general salary of a teacher. Teachers do a lot of work in the UK but you need to be a very senior teacher to see pay above the average national salary. The entry pay is simply put not good enough to dissuade men from STEM.
Diversify assessment within curriculum. Much curriculum has become very coursework and essay heavy which are assessment methods which favour soft skills that tend to be pronounced in girls. Re introduce timed assessment, practical assessment, demonstration and so on.
Look at the format of delivery for lessons themselves. Consecutive hours of sitting still in a classroom do not favour the developmental stage boys are at and are no conducive to how their energy manifests. Break the day into shorter more focused sessions.
Re introduce anonymous grading for work and assessment.
Remove bursaries and grants that target women only unless similar grants for boys to pursue certain subjects are introduced.

Beyond this there isn’t much you can do; as this is the very same issue as “why don’t more women enter construction?” You can’t force free will. All you can do it make it more appetising for men and make them feel like it’s a worthwhile choice, but you can’t make them do it.

However, unlike women in construction, I’d say this is a vastly more important issue, as education affects generations below us and socialisation. Whether a man or woman builds a house is irrelevant so long as they do the job properly. The buyer doesn’t really care or even know who built it. Education however leaves impressions upon us and it’s important for boys to get healthy impressions during it and not be socialised into unhealthy mindsets.

How can we solve the education gap? First we must actually acknowledge the issues and their causes.

Whenever there is a difference between men and women which we are allowed to acknowledge, the women are correct and the men just need to change.

This is extended to education such that if there is a difference in the effectiveness of certain teaching methods (in favour of girls) then that is just proof that boys are defective and need to do better, but, if the methods favour boys then it is discrimination against girls. If there are methods in which girls excel then they simply must be better methods and will be applied to all.

Take exams as an example. Girls are more likely to get nervous about sitting an exam and this may contribute to poorer performance so there is a steady shift towards continuous assessment. The fact that boys do not perform as well with continuous assessment compared to exams is just proof that the old system was rigged against girls.

Focus on objective metrics like test scores
Create fair tests that use multiple choice formats instead of long form writing or mathematical questions
Anonymous grading
Make it illegal to create scholarships and grants that discriminate on the basis of sex
