Microsoft Word has this thing where if you write things like salesman, actress, females, mankind, hysterical it will tell you to change them because they’re misogynistic.

But if you write mansplain, manspread, males, toxic masculinity, incel, etc. it does nothing.

Same thing goes for race. Thug, beaner, porch monkey, ghetto, etc. will be flagged for racism.

But gringo, cracker, white trash, redneck, shiksa, hick, etc. are all okay.

Microsoft has been sexist for years. They paid dearly for doing illegal " girls only" stem classes. Call them on any discrimination against males as they will try to get away with as much as males will tolerate.

My buddy is a mid-level exec at MS and he didn't receive a promotion because of a female Latino woman who was promoted instead. He was literally told to his face "you didn't match the demographic" but that promotion opportunities will come in the future.

This has been happening more and more often but not speaking out because they're making significant money, like $450k per year, so they're hesitant to speak up.

Mind you these promotions are like + $100k or more with stock grants so this was a serious cash hit for him.

My team got together for a meeting and my boss was telling us we needed to do some DEI bullshit for our numbers. I also work at a tech company. I mentioned how DEI is anti-me in every way and the only diversity I have is that I am anti-DEI. She asked what I meant and that there were groups for everyone in the company.

I asked her, "Do you see a group for white people? Do you see a group for men? Do you see a group for straight people? None of these groups exist, but there is a group for Asians, Blacks, Latinos, women and pride. The closest one I would be able to choose is veterans, but I didn't serve."

She said, "Why don't you create one?"

Everyone laughed and another coworker mentioned how we can't do that. We asked her if she would do it and she also hesitated.

This is what ACTUAL oppression looks like. Men are required to work and be part of society. We can't band together because leftists have pushed the DEI propaganda into every facet of our lives to the fact that even defending a viewpoint risks you losing your job. However, now I need to 'respect your sexuality' in the fucking workplace where I literally should know NOTHING about your sexual exploits.

Seattle Is hell on earth. They're opposites of everything. Antifa are fascists. If they say inclusivity they mean to discriminate. Places that have signs for no hate only have hate to offer. Places that say no homophobia are androphobes. The entire place is a drain for anything of decency, moral, or character. If you have a good lawyer and know how to properly sue for every kind of discrimination and mistreatment, it's a great place to make a lot of money. Otherwise it's a phony paradise for parasites.

They are like children who push the limits to see what they can get away with. Somefuckinghow we let diveristy hiring become acceptable, even though it is by defintion fighting sexism and racism with more of the same. So why wouldn't they step it up a notch and see if they can discriminate against a particular race and a particular gender. I would say this hypocrisy has gone too far already, but we all know that it's not stopping here. My guess is that the next stop on the misandry train is taxes. I bet we start getting taxed more than women across the board.

Young women have been out-earning men for a while and the trend will continue. It makes perfect sense.

The number one predictor of income is education. Women make up the majority of post secondary students and graduates. Schools are designed for them, there are more programs, grants, and scholarships for them, and admission processes are tuned for their success. The number of female graduates surpassed the number of male graduates back around 2013.

Still, careers are dominated by gender. Men still make up the super majority of jobs in engineering oriented fields while women make up the super majority of jobs in people oriented fields. People oriented fields have no problem with this imbalance and actively discriminate against men but that isn't true of male dominated fields. Obviously Microsoft is the former, yet DEI/ESG programs and the culture generally makes women a sought after commodity. Rarity increases value. Many STEx companies admit to pushing female applicants to the front of the line, and having special programs for recruiting women. Many companies have workshops and conferences specifically to attract women. Although companies are loathe to bump up a salary, all this does lead to a general inflation in the salaries for young women over men in those industries.

If the trend continued women would be out earning men by massive margins based on discrimination by these companies alone.. but as it happens, women who get into their 30s tend to start thinking of family, they usually ramp down their work participation, have children, and move jobs. There is an exodus from these demanding careers and that alone let's them cook the numbers are continue the farce that is the wage gap narrative.

If I understand this correctly- then it means they are all being paid essentially the same. So a white male earning 100,000 a year, whereas a female in the same position would earn on average 100,700 a year. My guess is that this isn’t a statistically significant difference (essentially it means they are paying equally on average)
