my partner is considering separation because he's unsure of his feelings. he isn't sure he still loves or if we are just friends. I'm absolutely heartbroken because he doesn't see a future together anymore and has stopped all forms of affection. I thought it could be because of a roommate phase since having kids( four 4years ago) and having lots of stress from our life in a foreign country and his job. But now I'm having doubt and feel hopeless that I've just lost the love of my life without being given a chance to save our relationship.
