You just need to start winning more. Winning at 17 means being popular, going to parties, befriending Chads, getting swole not just lifting and spinning your wheels, and fucking girls.

Work towards all of those things, and push your comfort zone. You will eventually begin racking up some Wins. Every champion failed and lost many times. Look at all of the greats.
