You’re doing it “work” all wrong. Maybe because you’re the owners son, or maybe because you’re naturally bad at this. You shouldn’t do anything like kick up your feet on a conference table, or play phone games at work.

When people see that, they’ll think you’re a lazy piece of shit. If I saw someone at my work do that, I’d be so annoyed by the culture I’d look for a new place to work.

And why in the fuck are you looking to piss her off? Your goal should be to de-escalate problems. Seriously, I’m trying to help you if you want to be respected.

Act like she's a little kid who's getting mad.

If she acts up again, say "woah that kinda stress isn't good for your health, squeeze this" and give her a stress ball or something with a smile on your face.

No ones gonna give you shit for giving a girl a stress ball or something where it looks like you're helping her from the outside (when you're really just making fun of her)

And only she knows you're fucking with her and she can't talk to anyone cuz that'll make her look like the bad guy and apparently people already like you

This the answer to your question but a better way to do this is realize this is work. The only thing you should be doing here is working and maintaining order. Not get upset over a hot girl who has a shit attitude.

OP. The problem here is that this girl has not been properly led.

You and your father, and any other supervisors in this place, have allowed her to get away with being a horrible person on the job, simply because she does her job well (for a girl).

That parenthetical is important.

I don't know you people, you-- your daddy-- none of you. But something tells me that if it were a man that was a similar performer but a complete and total asshole, you all would've straightened him out in some fashion.

Instead, you have tolerated this stupid bitch and her adequate (for a man) performance-- telling yourselves she's 'good' at what she does.

She's not. She's adequate. Be real here. You guys just didn't know how to approach telling her to shape up or ship out.

You have a problem, personally. As the other posters have noted, you're the bosses' son. Consequently, you are going to face low-level resentment from most employees because of this.

Most of the time, their complaints will be bullshit. But, if you want to avoid them getting traction, you need to avoid being seen with your feet up, playing video games.

I know, you wanted to 'teach her a lesson.' You didn't. All you did was look like a dipshit. It may have given you some satisfaction, but satisfaction is obviously fleeting, as witnessed by your post here . That good feeling didn't last very long, did it?

You made a 1-cookie move.

You're the boss's kid. If that doesn't give you an office with a little privacy, you have no business playing video games at work. Doesn't matter how much you're killing it. Videogames at work is another one cookie move.

You say your father 'threw me under like a bitch.'

I say you didn't give him much to work with. (Feet up, videogames.)

The two cookie move there would've been to be hard at work, instead, so that this chick wouldn't have been able to tell him: "trevvinglost was playing videogames, blahblahblah I'ma girl!"

"Blahblahblah I'm a girl," would've been much less effective without the videogames.

The good news for you is, one cookie moves are usually not the end of the world, and you can always start thinking about how to make two or three cookie moves instead.

So, get your shit together. 80 hours a week isn't worth as much as you seem to think it is. Get your head down, get to work, and really start crushing it, if you're that much of a bad ass.

Pull some office pranks. Rig her drawers to only open 2 inches so she can see what's inside but can't reach it. Put her things in jello.
