The summons should have included the original petition and the petition should have a detailed account of what you’re accused by the other party of doing. If it didn’t happen, ask for proof and deny it happened.

I secured a P.O. against my ex a couple months ago. She didn’t even bother to show up, so it was granted without a follow up hearing. It’s sure nice not getting her ALL CAPS texts all the time. Silence. It was worth the effort.

Just go to court and tell your side. Don’t let lies slide.
