Does soy lower testosterone levels?

What bugs me is that the information on the Internet and personal experiences of people with it are so inconclusive.

Some praise it and some demonize it, one says studies show it lowers it, next guy says the study is BS and so on.

Some guy should go measure his T and for a defined time period eat a soy heavy diet then measure it again. Anecdotal but somewhat conclusive at least

Man I live in Asia and we get fresh soy like tofu from the wet markets and I really doubt its bad at all I do enjoy soy

Also you guys do know the amount of estrogen in your milk right

Essentially, low T men eat a lot of soy products, instead of soy products causing low T. Make sense, just look at most 'soy boys'.

Apparently soy contains phytoestrogens which is an hormone that indeed can feminise your body

Soy is not going to feminize you they're crazy. If you thought that then finasteride would feminize you along with beer, because beer promotes you to increase much more estrogen than soy.

Honestly, why risk it? Soy is garbage industrial product to begin with. There's almost no soy product you can naturally eat that gives you much in the way of macro or micro nutrition.

I don't buy soy because it isn't real food.
