My biggest concern about getting divorced is custody of my son. My wife & I argue all the time and she claims there is no way a judge would give me 50/50. I’m a great dad, take damn good care of my kid. But the problem is I work 2nd shift(3:30pm-1:00am) Monday- Saturday. My kids only 3 and not in school yet. Up until a few days ago I was also the only one with a job (story for another time). About a year ago I talked with a lawyer who made it seem like every other weekend, alternating holidays & 1 full week a year is my only option. I don’t care about the child support aspect, or our assets being divided up. I just want to be apart of my sons life the best I can. Am I screwed either way?
