Shared this elsewhere and felt this was definitely worth sharing here. Saw this on Twitter/X earlier. More of the usual "women and girls most affected" BS and ignoring the fact doubtlessly many men and boys were also equally badly affected by these floods and lost a great deal. But as always, it's only women and girls who matter and are worth caring about. I'm so tired of this blatant misandry and how men and boys constantly have their needs and welfare ignored. Why the Hell would you make disaster relief and education a gendered issue of all things and especially with how infamously biased the education system all over the world is against boys? Boys already as is do so terribly in schools. I'm so fed up with this, misandry and any type of anti-male discrimination is rife all over the world. Even during a natural disaster of all things, the "women and girls most affected" narrative knows no bounds. Disgusting.
