I separated from my ex a few months ago. She promised an easy “non toxic” divorce. It turns out she wants sole legal and physical custody of our children. I basically was forced to move out because we were fighting so much it was taking a massive toll on me and my kids. I’m applying for subsidized housing because I’m on disability. Right now I only have a studio apartment because that’s all I can afford. Because of what’s now going on I need to find a lawyer who will take my case pro bono. I haven’t been able to find anything. I live near Salt Lake City. What resources are there? My friend gave me a site called the fathers rights movement. I emailed them and am waiting for a response.
