We are making progress. The best sign is that feminists are starting to talk about men's issues because they see that men's rights is becoming more popular. EG Richard Reeves.

Still a long way to go, but giving up now won't help.

Just be aware of what is going on, protect yourself and watch the western world crumble.

There is no hope when a society hates 50% of the population. Ie It destests men and boys.

It ridicules them, makes life much harder for them, discriminates agisnt them, removes their rights etc etc.

I think extreme views can only be tackled under extreme circumstances. Looking at WW2, I personally don’t feel anything short of global conflict would have stopped the rise of such hatred and propaganda. No one was going to debate nazi ideals out of existence. It could have only gone one way.

Life has it cycles and this too shall pass. The best advice for men today is to get the easiest job with the highest pay even if its a BS corproate gig. Do not join the military, do not do back breaking labor for shit pay. Women wanted equality, they can take up these jobs. As long as society does not reward us, we should participate as little as possible while looking out for ourselves. Over time society will wake up to how dysfunctional it has become without us.

I believe that there will soon be a catalyst such as a war or humanitarian crisis. At this stage we will see females return to more traditional roles and the rapid decline of transgender people. Disillusion can only last for so long before reality breaks back through.

Progress is being made, it's slow going and takes ages but if you look at a specific issue, (so I focus a bit on domestic violence against men) and look at where that was 10 years ago, and where it is now. There's significant improvement.

The general population is more likely to know of, and care about men's issues than.they used to.

We have a huge way to go, and it's frustratingly slow movement, but every year when the feminists do their survey about equality, a bigger and bigger percentage of people recognise that men are disadvantaged. (They always try to frame it like these people are wrong, but thats the surveyers spin)

When it comes to giving women equal rights with men, things have gone far enough in my country

Depends on what degree of "push against us" you're talking about; or really, what kind of society you'd prefer.

As in, I do think there's baby steps and snail's-pace changes that are slowly improving men's lives. Not that there isn't still a lot wrong about the relative equality between the genders, and how much of it that exclusively impacts men is simply ignored by society at large; there are growing pockets that acknowledge there are exclusively men's issues that need addressing, that society has gotten rather complacent about.

But it's tempered by if you are hoping or expecting society to return to pre-1900 or even post-WW2/baby boomer 'style' of society. The ship has sailed on that one a long time ago, and hoping for it is a pipe dream. The only things I can think of that would bring back that degree of regression would be on the order of global natural disaster (eg: asteroid impact, super volcano eruption, etc), where humanity as a whole would regress back to tribalism for survival, as opposed to relative 'globalism' we have today.

I don't think it is too late. We just need to stop playing the game. Keep working on ourselves and continue improving. When they realize that we are not taking the crap anymore, they will want to change things.
