OK, right off the bat:

-Nutritional guidelines are based on what agricultural combines want to sell, not what you need to eat.

-Dietary fat is not bad for you, in fact you need quite a bit of it.

-Dietary cholesterol is not the problem, high cholesterol is a result of arterial disease, not the cause.

-Carbohydrate intake is the major problem driving obesity and heart disease, among other issues (e.g. diabetes).

We are still being lied to about heart disease.

I hate to tell you this, but happy feelings and joy protect the heart more than any diet changes could make, unless maybe you're eating pizza and mcdonalds everyday.

Enjoying life... and virtually no one I see is - they are all controlled and too busy impressing other people with their "altruistic" work culture or watching Netflix or scrolling Facebook or Tiktoc.

I see everyone as slaves who will likely never own their own damn house, which makes no sense to me and is quite scary.

Eating healthy and finding more joy in life than not are key components to living healthy.

Being obese is killing people across the board in america.

Eat a carnivore diet, thrive and be healthy. The end. Deep dive into the science if you care to. Humans are only animal smart enough to create our own “food” in labs but also dumb enough to not eat a species correct diet.

I suspected it was a matter of time before activist researchers & journalists became so bold that they no longer felt the need to hide their biases during any research project. Their misandry is just out in the open now.
