For today, if you’ve received threatening communication from her new fiance, go to the police department and file a report. Once the police department opens on Tuesday, call to see if the report is completed. Once it is complete and you have it in hand, go sign a warrant for the guy and press charges for harassment or threatening communication whichever the magistrate prefers. And the try to have a restraining order issued. That will deal with the guy who has no business in the matter.

Don’t tell him you’re doing this, don’t use it as a threat to try to get him to stop, just simply do it.

Once you’ve taken care of him, contact your lawyer and file a motion for contempt, followed by or in conjunction with a motion to modify custody. Judges don’t care about a lot of things, but they do tend to take it personally when their orders are not followed.
