Hi all. I was wondering if anyone has had this issue before. Example : if consent orders are in place and couple years down the track when the property settlement is finalised ( husband to support the home loan till wife business is back in the green so she can take over the home loan ) and when that two years is up she is crying poor. Can she take me back to court ? I am currently living at my mother’s place and can’t wait to get my own place which I can’t do unless my name is off the matrimonial home loan.
