it's pointless to focus on a specific number for her n-count because it's not concrete. some girls will only count the guys they were in love with, so an LTR is +1 but fucking some random dude in a bar bathroom doesn't count in her mind. and the more you try to pry that number out of her, the more it will motivate her to not tell you the truth.

but the specific number isn't even what matters. the only reason you want to know her number is so you can tell if she is average, significantly less experienced than average, or significantly more experienced than average. so forget about the number and go there directly

the way to figure it out is by always being very sex-positive and non-judgmental. you want her to feel like that not only can she be truthful and honest with you about her sexual exploits, but that she is feeling like she should brag about them to impress you.

then when she starts telling you all these stories bragging about how much of a slut she is, you will be able to tell whether she is average, significantly less experienced than average, or significantly more experienced than average.

average experience girls will talk about having ONSs and hooking up with random dudes on the first night she met them and mild kinky stuff.

significantly sluttier girls will brag about how she fucked every dude on the football team in high school and shit like that.

significantly less experienced girls will giggle when they talk about liking it doggy style or think of anal as a harcore kink.

you'll probably never be able to know if her n-count is 2 or 7 or 350. she probably doesn't even know exactly and that number can change in her mind depending on what kind of mood she is in. but you can figure out what type of girl she is. that's what really matters.

Mostly church going girls or highly conservative girls are the only girls that might have low n-count. Probably not but if they are neither of these things then safe to assume very high n-count. N-count of average girl my age at 22 is probably at least 10 but I think that is a conservative number. Out of every girl I met through college I can think of maybe 1-2 virgins. 2-4 girls w an n-count of 1-3 and over 25 10+ and thats just of girls I know pretty well. Low n-count girls were all religious.

If they give you a number, triple it.

I also think a fair, conservative ballpark estimate for body count for your average American girl is 1 new partner for every 6 months in a relationship and 1 new partner a month when not in a relationship. And that's being conservative based on the girls I know.
