Of course it's more nuanced then this as even attractive men who approach a woman when she is not in the mood for his approach can be called creep.

But that again due to just annoying her.

It's not what you do. It's how you look and whatever is the subjective mood of the woman in question.

This is soo true. Must be amazing to be a woman and not have to worry at all about voicing your sexuality. Here's two examples. A long time ago, when I was just a kid, a girl was visiting our house. She asked me out, I said no. To my utter astonishment, she complained to my mother about me turning her down. And my mother criticized me for doing so. I explained to my parents that I could not believe what girls can get away with. I explained that if I asked a girl out, and complained to her father about her turning me down, her old man would probably throw me out of his house, maybe even hit me. But my mother was taking her side.

Here's another one. A guy in a chat was saying he was waiting in line, when the girl behind hm grabbed his ass, sexual assault. He ignored her. But here's the weird part, he said her father, WHO WAS THERE WITH HER, said "if you're going to reject my daughter, at least face her." This girl grabbed a strange boy's ass with her father standing right there next to her. Even the small percentage of boys who would grab a girl's ass would never do so with his mother with him. F(*king amazing what girls can get away with indeed.

Its about numbers, most guys who go out wearing pants and a shirt, dont draw headturns and lingering stares from the opposite sex, and most guys do it trying to be noticed cause for some reason they think it will help there cause.
