I think it's because we don't face rejection in the same way. I think if I had to keep approaching guys, putting myself out there, and getting rejected, I'd quickly get discouraged and start thinking I'm not good enough for the guys I want. Even if that's not true, it's hard not to let it get to you and impact your self-esteem.

I think so. Women are less desperate than men.

If I was single I'd like to just be single for a year or 2 meet some people before I get serious.
