I think people are born with stats in regard to SMV and etc. (easy, medium, hard, impossible)

I’d say hard mode in since I live with my parents still as buying a home will take me a few more years of income to get a mortgage. If people ask race I’m white but, I’ve had friends who are different races and do very well with woman. Yes they were East Asian, Indian, and African.
