A couple of girls I’ve known for a few years in college keep asking me why I don’t have a girlfriend and when am I going to have kids because I shouldn’t wait too long, and I always lie about it by saying, “Oh, I’m not ready yet or I don’t want to settle down with any woman” just to sound normal when in reality, I’m not single by choice and it’s because I’m too unattractive to find a woman willing to date me and if I say that, they will start avoiding me and label me an Incel threat. I feel like they are starting to figure out that my reasons for not having a girlfriend or having kids is a lie. I notice there is a bad stigma in America around men that can’t have a girlfriend to the point where they are seen as threats to the safety of women. I feel like some girls already know that I’m always single based on the fact that they’ve known me for a while and they’ve started to avoid me like a plague but I don’t want to be an outcast where I am. I’m not even trying to play the victim card here. I just can’t force women to like me and it’s out of my control. My other solution was to go to another country maybe I’ll have better luck and I told my best friend that was a woman and she was so mad about it thinking that I want to do sex tourism when that was not my intentions. She stopped talking to me not too long after that. It feels like because I’m not able to attract women, I’m seen as an incel loser but if I propose the only solution to my problem that I can think of, I’m seen as a bigger loser and a predator that should rot in jail, so I’m in a situation where I feel the need to constantly lie to people about my non existent romantic life so I can appear normal enough to make friends. This makes me feel so bad about myself but I feel like I don’t have a choice. What do you advice I do?
