I'm a 23M who really craves love and intimacy, but has no sexual experience other than a few kisses in nightclubs. There is a reason for this: I rarely approach, because I fear rejection too much.

But I want to change this paradigm, badly. I want to finally get the love I want. In order to do that, I will have to get over my approach anxiety (which will be done by gradually exposing myself to it) and learn how to deal with rejection (which will be done by accumulating enough rejections - and acceptances - to realize it's not a big deal).

So I decided to make a 6 month plan and show it to you guys. Maybe some of you can decide to follow it and others can suggest ideas to improve that plan. Here it goes:

1st month: Talk to a random girl each week. It doesn't have to be anything special, it can literally be just "Hi." and then leave. Yes, I'm starting really low.

2nd month: Talk to two girls per week, with at least one of them being attractive. Again, just a simple "Hi" is enough.

3rd month: Talk to four girls per week. Try to actually have nice conversations with at least a few of them.

4th month: Talk to four girls per week. In the whole month, try at least twice to set up a date.

5th month: Talk to seven girls per week. In the whole month, try at least four times to set up a date.

6th month: Talk to ten girls per week and set up dates whenever you feel like it.

A REQUEST: I think Men work really well together when they unite, especially when it comes to seduction problems. I would like to have an accountability partner (preferably with about the same level of experience as me), so we can motivate one another, talk about our approaching experiences, exchange thoughts and ideas, etc. If anyone is interested, hit me up!

Hopefully this was helpful! Good luck to everyone.
