No point going to prison or hospital for someone elses ego. If she really had feelings for you she would be concern for your wellbeeing and would try to stop you from doing anything riasy/stupid.

Stand up for your girl if she can’t for herself. A verbal confrontation does not always lead to a physical one, however, you should reevaluate your company if she expects you to inflict physical violence on someone in her honor over a petty comment.

You could always hire an actor for a few bucks to pick a fight with you while you're with her. Then kick his ass in front of her knowing jail won't matter. Which is usually the issue if I really have to fight.

Unless she is in danger never put yourself in harms way. You don't know if the guy is crazy, has a gun, has a blade, is really good at fighting. Plenty of dumbasses died defending a woman's honor and nobody knows their name.

If you're in a club go talk to security or if you have a policeman nearby, otherwise just move on.

You say to her “because you just proved you ain’t worth it” If she asks why, you say that “she barely knows you and already wants you to get in trouble and that’s a red flag as you want a woman who can defend herself and isn’t a damsel in distress” then get up and walk out of there
