You have something going on. Something social with family or male friends or something more important than Netflix and video games. You don't need or want to be at her beck and call. Maybe tell her when you can talk again to have her wait in anticipation.

There is some value to not being available 100% of the time. It can help her miss and appreciate you more, as long as you don't overdo it and come off as dismissive
