DON'T DO DINNER! Only drinks. The date goes on way too long and usually falls into friendly territory and the girl usually feels bloated/fat/uncomfortable from the food which means she doesn't feel sexy which means she won't hook up. And then she'll transfer that negative feeling onto you and be much less likely to see you in the future. Obviously there's exceptions, but this is true the large majority of the time.

Yeah nix the dinner if you can. If food is unavoidable, go to a bar where you can sit next one another and get drinks and some light food to share perhaps. Don’t wanna be eating too heavily if the end goal is heading to your place.

As far as escalation goes, initiate physical contact throughout the date. Hug her when you meet, I usually find a reason for a high five early in the date, progress into touching her arms, shoulder/back, then maybe legs if she seems into it. If the mood is right and go for the kiss. Seed the pull by somehow bringing up your apartment and something cool you have there. Ask her to come check it out at a high point of the date.

This combined with strong eye contact, good body language, and good conversations with some teasing, flirting etc and you have the recipe for success.

Also, don’t go in with expectations. Of course you need to set the right mood and have logistics that make sex an option, but at the end of the day just have fun, touch her if she’s into it, be flirty, read the vibes and make your moves at whatever pace seems right.
