You’re a hard working student and she’s a stoner? Raise your standards. You have nothing in common with her and she doesn’t have anything in common with you.

Understandable, but I really feel we could get to know each other

Her “cool girl” attributes that you listed are lifestyle choices. She is unlikely to be attracted to you if your lifestyle doesn’t match her own.

I agree with that and will accept some of those but I think that in any relationship people should be accepting of each other however, my problem is how to get to know her firstly. I just don't want to play that risk, it's too big for me. I know I sound like a bitch but hey, maybe I am

What’s stopping you from getting to know her? Does she not talk with you?

What's stopping me is tbh my awkwardness to her, I just feel like she's too out of my league but that makes me want to try even more. She only talks to me briefly at work

Your mistake is that bs thinking of her being too much for you, get her down of that pedestal there ain’t a single hoe on this planet worthy enough of your time and presence, you’re being merciful by talking with jer

Why do guys always go for the toxic girls like these? :( /s
[–]Proper-Ad-3457 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Because they seem the most opposite and cool to me which attracts me to them
[–]Optimisticfob 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
But they won’t necessarily be attracted to you. Just ask her out, and see what you can work with after the rejection to attract such girls who are the “opposite” based on the feedback

Man, just asking someone out isn't easy for me, especially with a girl out of my league imo. Also, I don't want other girls, I really want to love her

Dude, if you believe she’s out of your league and if you get into a relationship with her, chances are it won’t last. Looks like a case of the oneitis, it would do you good to approach multiple women at once, at least that would dull out the pain of rejection than putting all your eggs in one basket and crying when you lose them all.
I agree that approaching can be difficult, but it’s still easier than cold approaches which imo I’ve never actually did myself.

I completely agree but my thing is that all other women are kinda boring around me and are the same and I want someone to also make me more out there which I think she can do. Tl;Dr other women aren't interesting to me.
Bro it's not just difficult it's the fact that if I approach her and ask her then what happens if she says no? It'll be really awkward working together. Also, I want to get to know her better before that to improve my chances.

I’m assuming it’s a fast food job since you mentioned you’re a student. In that case go for it, don’t worry about awkwardness as you can easily switch jobs

But it's really a good job and I even had problems getting this one. Also it's at a restaurant
