Like when a girl I'm dating who I'm vibing well with starts a story and at some points says 'he' and 20 mins later in my head its still stuck on that 'he' she said. I've had it for a long time and I think its bullshit I feel this way, I've had sexual relations with women too so why do I feel comfortable sharing those, but when a girl shares theirs to me I feel uncomfortable?

Even with my first girlfriend, I had been with 4 people before her and she with one other guy. When she talked about literally fucking one other dude, I still felt uncomfortable. Why? She only had two dates with him.

My second girlfriend had more than 25 sexual partners even though I had 6 at the time. At first she didn't want to tell me how many she had because she felt like there was a stigma, I was like ok I don't care. And when she said >25 I was understanding and she was glad, but after a while it starts getting inside my head and then you're like fuck is this a bad thing? In the end I broke up with her for different reasons but its still a question mark for me.

I know >25 vs 6 is quite a big gap, but even now when I have more sexual partners it still feels like whenever a girl e.g. says they went on a date with a guy half a year ago and start badmouthing him, in my head I'm like: ''okay this sounds like a bad dude... but did you have sex with him?'' the answer is sometimes/often yes, and then I again become uncomfortable.

Does anyone else have this and know any way to get rid of it? I don't think its healthy I have this. Of course I've had sexual encounters with mediocre women I regret, but to me its in the past. When a women says the same thing however, I feel like it says a lot about them negatively in the present.
