I remember a time where I used to never give the thought of a woman a second chance. I would accept not meeting her and move on with my day. I always used to think about her later “what if we had actually met, woulda been pretty cool” now I understand it is truly all in my hands. Women are attainable granted I have not yet mastered this art form however I understand that it’s best to never leave anything to “chance”

One big take away I’ve noticed tho is the fact that now I’m overthinking everything. I used to never do this. I used to just meet a girl and be her friend. And if we got along we would date. It wasn’t ever a “game”. Now since I’ve discovered this sub it just seems more complicated and I don’t know if I will ever be able to return to that innocent young man who “just appreciates what’s in front of him and can be happy” mindset. For example, I feel I have to constantly be on point around women now. In the store; be ready to open someone. Going for a walk; there are potential matches, will I find an amazing person today. Or even more recently; walking out of a fast food chain and my car is parked next to a beautiful girl sitting in the front seat with her window down and our eyes lock for what felt like eternity but because I was not expecting it I didn’t say anything. Now the over thinking creeps in and I have someone who I’m stuck up on. The times of being along for the ride and not over analyzing everything is in the past. Although it was rather nice to not have to keep thinking about it 24/7 when you’re with a girl. Any thoughts on the mindset and never being able to view a conversation as our innocent self once did? Cheers!
