If you’re both awkward and introverted, getting physical is not going to feel natural because neither of you are used to it

Have you tried having a conversation with her about it?

Maybe something along the lines of, hey I’d love to put my arm around you, hold your hand or kiss you, how would you feel about trying those things?

If she isn’t comfortable with any of those, ask what kinds of physical touch she would like or is comfortable with, then practice those and try to build further comfort to progress over time

Google it, there’s plenty of advice on holding hands and kissing. Also, it’s fine to be awkward since you don’t have much experience. It would be a bit weirder if you’re perfectly smooth, since you have no experience. What’s more important is the act and the intention, not the lead up to it.
