I will try and put this concept as eloquently as I can. But it's a bit of an esoteric subject, and nuanced but I will do my best.

So when guys first start out, they usually have either a neurotic, forced, extroverted energy that comes off a bit clownish.

Or they're very reserved, shy and come across as nervous and awkward. Not always both ends of the spectrum but about 80% of the time.

The reason why you also burn out and find it hard to connect with women, is because you're trying so hard to Game her and force that PUA energy out.

Your "inner-game" or "internal state" is where you feel grounded, calm, relaxed and at ease. Your "external" state, is where you are dependent on physically doing things trying to mimic a certain state.

So, for me now. Almost all of my interactions are 90% internal, and 10% external. People say the way I do my approaches is like "Stealth Game", because I am so relaxed in my interactions, that it just looks like 2 really good friends that are catching up.

Now here's where the intricacies come into play...

The problem when you're forcing your "external energy", pumping yourself up, feeling like you've drank 30 red bulls. Is that, that energy is only finite, and you will crash hard and fast after you get 5 + rejections in a row.

Because it's a scattered, hollow state. That's not grounded. And because your energy is forced. Your sexual energy is scattered everywhere. Which is why you come across as the fun friend-zoned guy that no one takes seriously.

Think of it this way. Scattered sexual energy is like a shotgun. It can... Have an impact at short range. but most of your energy will be too scattered to hit her on an emotional level.

Grounded energy, is like a Sniper Rifle. Or Iron Man's "Unibeam" (had to google that), that is concentrated energy, and focused into one small area, and doesn't just hit the target. But penetrates it. (Forgive the pun).

Then you want to channel all of that energy into your sexual-energy. Sub-communication, and eye-contact. Subtle body-language too. You can shift it from just one form of expression, such as touch, or into your verbal communication, humour, anything.

When you get really good at grounding your energy in an interaction. Women open up very fast to you. Feel comfortable with you also very fast. And because you're so relaxed, it almost evokes this calmness over her.

Which then allows you to go deeper. And deeper. And that's when you connect on not just a verbal level. But an energetic level. And just below that is her sexual energy.

So what you're doing is connecting with her on multiple levels at the same time. And this is how I quite often get the "soul mate" connection of her feeling like she's known me for 10 life times.

Seduction isn't a performance. It's almost if anything surrendering to your own sexuality, ego, and taking all of the unnecessary things out of the interaction that aligns with her on all levels. Which gives you this deep, raw, sexual connection.

The interesting part is. Is the more grounded you are, the less you have to do. What other guys do is throw 20 push pulls at her, spin her around 5 times, try and use DHV stories, verbal escalation...

But when you know how to shift your sexual energy into your eye contact and just hold a touch on her leg, or shoulder when you're grounded. It's much more intense, sexual, powerful and impactful. It feels like raw sexual energy.

And even though it looks like you're doing nothing. And you're just touching her on the leg and looking at her from afar. You're almost energetically fingering her. And you'll see her eyes dilate. Lick her lips. Her voice soften. Catch her looking at your crotch.

But for me now... Solo Daygame... Feels like meditation for me. Speaking to someone and opening up and connecting to them, puts me in State. I feel so calm in interactions that I feel like I'm in some type of Zen Trance.

If you are new, there's no harm in being silly. Doing a bit of social exercises to get you warmed up. But just don't get addicted to relying on these superficial routines.
